Booking
Bookings must be made by filling out a booking form and posting it to us. We recommend you get in touch first to make provisional arrangements, but we can only confirm bookings after we have received your completed form and deposit.

Important Conditions
- All participants under 18 years old must come to Bods with a Consent Form completed and signed by their Parent, Guardian or Carer.
- All participants aged 18 years or older must sign a Disclaimer Form before they will be able to participate.
- Bookings will only be confirmed when we receive the Booking Form and deposit.
- 20% deposit is required at time of booking, or payment in full if the booking is made within 4 weeks of the session date.
