Activity Days & Residentials

Activity programmes are tailored to each group – Bods choose appropriate activities depending on group needs and weather conditions, and plan out your trip in consultation with your young people and group leaders. Current prices for the season are here.

Programmes

Bods regularly run programmes for schools, Pupil Referral Units and care homes, often with excluded pupils or pupils at-risk-of exclusion, but by no means exclusively. Over a period of 10 weeks, participants will experience 10 day-long taster sessions in Heritage Crafts and Adventure, such as Green Woodwork, Blacksmithing, Coracle making and sailing, Tree Climbing, Campcraft, archery and Initiative challenges. Each course is tailored to the participanst’ needs and abilities, and can come with a Duke of Edinburgh certificate, or even build towards a full award if enough courses are taken.

All courses are delivered by experienced, qualified and skilled youth workers, who support young people through their learning experience and are focussed not just on teaching, but also forging great memories that will stay with the young person for many years.

Programmes are individually priced considering group requirements.
