Bods regularly run programmes for Schools, Pupil Referral Units and Care Homes. Courses are held one day per week for 6 to 10 weeks. Students will achieve Open College Network (OCN) Level 1 Qualification in Outdoor Living.

All courses are delivered by experienced, qualified and skilled youth workers, who support young people through their learning experience and are focused not just on teaching, but also forging great memories that will stay with the young person for many years.

  • Bush Craft Survival Skills: Survival fire lighting techniques, Charcoal making, Wild food foraging, food preparation, cooking on open fire, shelter building.
  • Wild food foraging, food preparation, cooking on open fire, shelter building.
  • Adventure Activities: Climbing, Canoeing, Raft building, Coracling, Gorge Walking, Hill/ Mountain walking.
  • Heritage Art and Craft: Charcoal making, fabric dyeing, wood turning, coracle making, blacksmithing, sculpture building, school/ seating building
  • Woodland skills and environmental education.
